False Ceiling and Wall Using Tarp-Rite Dust Containment System
1) What exactly do you do? – Our company provides an important, low-cost dust containment service to homeowners, contractors and many other types of construction companies. We are able to create an air-tight seal around the entire work area, preventing the spread of airborne dust and debris to the rest of the home or jobsite.
2) How do I get in and out of the air tight seal? – We provide our TARP-Rite Zipper Doors for easy access. These doors are very easy to use, durable and handle most types of construction traffic.
3) What other services do you provide? – We can also return to carefully remove all tarping and do a full cleaning of the work area that was inside the tarp. Areas outside the tarp are not usually included in this pricing.
4) What happens if the tarping is damaged? – We are available to stop by and fix any damage that has been done to the tarping. Just give us a call and we will be there as quick as we can. Most minor damage can be fixed at no charge.
5) Will the tape damage the walls or paint? – We have many years of experience at this and have found tape with good adhesive qualities combined with the ability to not damage most surfaces. Old flaking paint and brand new paint may be a problem, but usually we can find a way around this problem. Our estimator will most likely notice any potential problems.
6) How much will this service cost? – Due to the large variety of home layouts and areas to be tarped, it is difficult to provide just a ‘per square foot’ price. In general, the prices range from $150 to $450. It would be much more accurate to have our estimator come out to the jobsite and give you a free estimate.
7) Will dust get into my cabinets? – We will usually seal off all cabinet doors to prevent this.
8) The area I need tarped is a huge open space, can you tarp it off? – Yes! We specialize in creating false walls and ceilings.
